If not, there must be some technical problém on NI side.

If you used Licence Transfer Code to transfer the licence and you have the licences on your account, than everything should be OK. If NI doesn't respond to me, is there anything I can do? Or have I just poured £1.2k down the drain? The seller has manually uninstalled all of the plugins (as they had remained) on his machine, but still no luck. I have opened a support ticket with NI, as has the seller, but even after a few days waiting, I haven't heard anything - and the more time I have spent on the forums and looking at reviews, the more I see this is a pattern.

This prevents me from being able to download the product. However, when I try and do the same with Komplete 12 Ultimate Collectors Edition, I receive an error message saying "The serial code is already registered". This happened when I bought Massive or Piano Noire (can't remember), but was resolved by copying the product serial number from the website, and adding it into Native Access manually. When I open Native Access - none of the products are shown. The seller sent the license code, and I imported it, and the products display in my account under "Registered Products", along with their serial number and the "Download via Native Access" link. I bought a 2nd hand version of Komplete Ultimate 12 Collectors Edition (through a trusted seller on eBay via the license transfer method).
